Practical Methods for “Collaborating” with Crystals

Why Choose Crystals?

Crystals are natural mineral formations of the Earth, containing energy accumulated over tens of thousands to even billions of years. By working with them and aligning our frequencies, we can elevate our energy, leading to better physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

How can we collaborate with crystals to benefit from their power? Here are some practical and simple methods:

  1. Crystal Meditation

Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, and set your phone to silent mode. Sit or lie down comfortably.

Hold the crystal in your hand, clear your mind of distractions, and begin to closely observe the details of the crystal, imagining yourself entering its interior. Continue this practice for at least 10 minutes.

If you find it difficult to focus, you can try adjusting the lighting to a softer tone, playing soothing guided audio, or lighting some incense to relax.

During this time, many people gradually feel a sense of calm and peace, or experience a refreshing sensation after meditation. Some may feel sadness or pain. It’s okay; let these emotions flow naturally without closing off your heart, allowing the crystal to provide healing.

Some highly intuitive individuals may even sense the crystal’s vibrations, or feel as if the surrounding objects have disappeared, being enveloped entirely by the crystal—a sign of deep connection with the crystal.

  1. Crystal Water

Crystal water is a highly effective healing tool. For example, amber water is very useful for treating constipation and can also be applied to wounds for its antiseptic properties.

Place a crystal in a bottle of mineral water, and leave it under sunlight and moonlight for 24 hours before drinking.

You can also surround the bottle of crystal water with clear quartz crystals to amplify its effect.

When comparing crystal water to regular mineral water, you’ll notice that crystal water tastes much sweeter.

It’s important to note that not all crystals can be used to make crystal water, as some contain toxic chemicals. Be sure to check the composition before preparation.

  1. Chakra Healing

The human body has 440 chakras, both large and small, including 7 major chakras, each corresponding to different crystals (refer to previous articles for details).

Place the crystal on the corresponding chakra while practicing meditation. For more advanced practice, you can arrange crystals around the chakra to cleanse and recharge its energy.

The simplest crystal arrangement involves placing four white quartz points around the chakra for enhancement.

  1. Crystals in Your Environment

Crystals constantly work in your surroundings, positively influencing both your home and office environment.

The presence of crystals in your space can also help nurture plants and pets.
