Between 1982 and 1986, I pursued advanced studies in Eastern Philosophy at the Philosophy Department of Bangalore University, India. During this period, I developed a strong interest in Tibetan Buddhism. Over the past thirty years of intensive practice, I have visited renowned Tibetan Buddhist sanctuaries such as the Jokhang Temple in Tibet, Lamayuru Monastery in Ladakh, India, and the Angkor Wat in Cambodia, engaging deeply in the teachings and participating in various religious ceremonies. I studied doctrines extensively and practiced methods such as Hevajra Tantra.
In order to promote understanding of Tibetan Buddhism and benefit more people, seven years ago I joined the Asian Association for Eastern Philosophy, Civilization, and Humanities. Over the past decade, I have organized 67 cultural exchange events of Tibetan Buddhism. Meanwhile, I assisted professors from Delhi University, Zhejiang University, and others in translating works related to the esoteric practices of Tibetan Buddhist Tantra. My intention is to disseminate these profound philosophies and practical methods through literature, helping individuals find clarity amidst life's illusions and inner peace amid the anxieties of modern existence!

Since my youth, I have delved into the study of Chinese metaphysics and Feng Shui. In my early years, I formally apprenticed under a renowned Feng Shui master to specialize in the practice of Feng Shui. Later, I studied mystical rituals under the guidance of Taoist masters at the Tianshi Taoist Temple in Taiwan.
Having practiced in Taiwan for many years, I accumulated extensive practical experience and obtained official certification from the Taiwan Feng Shui Association. In China, I earned qualifications as a teacher of Chinese traditional culture (Yi Jing and Feng Shui) and became a professor of geomancy studies, receiving numerous domestic awards.
I was appointed as the Jinglu Daoist priest at the ancestral home of Taoism, the Dragon Tiger Mountain Tianshi Temple.
I inherit the orthodox Daoist methods and spend much of each year in solitary retreats and cultivation at Dragon Tiger Mountain. I am grateful for the recognition of my commitment to Daoist practice in the community.

In 1990, while pursuing my Master's degree in Philosophy at the University of Warwick, I serendipitously encountered Vedanta, deeply drawn to the wisdom it embodies. Over the next few decades, I immersed myself in the study of Indian philosophy, particularly focusing on Yoga philosophy!
After graduation, I worked as a researcher and had the privilege to visit Yale University, the Hong Kong Institute of Sino-Christian Studies, Cambridge University, and the University of Birmingham. I assisted colleagues in translating and editing 24 publications in the field of Eastern philosophy.
Consistently practicing Yoga postures for decades, I made numerous visits to the Badrinath Temple, exploring the mysteries of meditation and the seven chakras. I compiled these insights into '32 Relaxation Techniques,' widely disseminated among my students.
In 2019, I founded the International Yoga Culture Propagation Association. Over the past four years, our platform has developed practical courses, attracting tens of thousands of students worldwide!"

As the sixteenth-generation disciple of the Wudang Tai Chi lineage, I have resided deeply within Wudang Mountain for over a decade. I have received teachings in the orthodox Wudang tradition, mastering various external martial arts such as Tai Chi Quan, Nei Wai Dan, and Ba Duan Jin. During my tenure at Wudang Mountain, I was entrusted with the instruction of thousands of international students.
Additionally, I hold significant positions such as Director of the Chinese Yi Jing Research Association, member of the Chinese Feng Shui Geomancy Association, and member of the Chinese Daoist Medical Association. My extensive experience includes practical applications of Yi Jing studies and Feng Shui in daily life.

Over the years, I received ordination at Xiantong Temple in Mount Wutai, one of the most sacred Buddhist sites. In 2011, I completed advanced studies at the Buddhist Academy. That same year, I assumed the role of director at the Mount Wutai Buddhist Research Association. During my spiritual practice at this holy site, I led large-scale rituals such as water and land dharma assemblies for blessings.
I have conducted in-depth studies and attained proficiency in the Huayan, Chan, and Tiantai schools of Buddhism. After leaving Mount Wutai, I joined the International Buddhist Propagation Association, focusing on scripture translation and international propagation efforts. Additionally, I founded the "Comprehensive Guide to International Buddhist Mind-Body Spiritual Healing Practices," blessing numerous international political and business figures and benefiting followers across various countries—a commitment I continue to uphold diligently.
